If that is what a cloud zone does, why would anyone use it? Probably it is intended to have projectiles shot into the sky vanishing instead of exploding at the map's border. I don't think something like that exists yet, but I imagine that it might be possible to do one by creating a proxy weapon that controls multiple ones at the same time (technically speaking). Would require lots of testing and tweaks quite likely, due to the mess UT already is on all regards concerni...

If I am able to someday (soon-ish) finally finish my current PHP framework, I may try to redo this PHP package properly (especially using specific PHP functions actually tailored to this sort of thing that I didn't know existed back then).
