Yeah, noticed that a couple of weeks ago. Can't really add much to what's been said except that his maps are high quality, great fun and have excellent replayability - so heartfelt thanks for that fine body of work.

If you want to see what the differences are between starting UT by running UT.exe and by clicking on a map - first start UT from the .exe and then close it down, copy the log and put it somewhere off the UT path. Then start UT by clicking on a map and then close it down. Open the UT log and compare ...

Am I right in assuming, that today no one is anymore interested in custom skins? Some people on here are interested in custom skins - EG posts his fairly frequently for example. I use what I can but there are so many and only so many bots (320) one can put them on - I've probably got around 2K cust...

Because the each-other-damage of the Spacemarins does not make so much sense as it is, maybe the coder mixed up the NOT statement: in Deathmatches there should be a each-other-damage, but in team games not. I'm not sure that the author envisaged that the scripted pawns (UMSSpacemarines) would be us...

It doesn't matter what weapons they're carrying, each UMS Space Marine is completely invulnerable to shots from redeemers and instagibs... which is very weird. I did a retexturing of a vanilla map in UT99 a while back, also added a acid pool, modified the sky, and rebalanced the weapon/item/AI path node placements. Figured I should do a video and upload it. Pity about the removal of the sniper rifle but I suppose doing that changes the nature of the gamep...

I did a retexturing of a vanilla map in UT99 a while back My memory of the original is now very hazy so I'm not very clear what the retexturing involves? In essence, what's changed? In the meantime, sektor's MapGarbage reports Could be from the original pathing on the map prior to this edit though....
