Re: UScript debug helper library

Because the source code is compiled into byte code and the byte code can be executed although the source code could have been deleted it indicates that there is no connection between source and byte code. But let's see what Chris replies.

All about concerning bot (and monster) pathing showing the paths is very helpful for me. Then you can see if items or locations are reachable at all for AI.

Re: Thumbnail preview of stock Textures

Seems the stock textures preview has gone. :(

How do you choose textures? If you for example have a tech based environment and you want a texture for a door, how do you find a matching one?

You are forced to look for the umx file first over internet if this is needed to load the map
AFAIK you can use any UMX file; just rename it to the one that is missing.

Re: DM-FreewayTunnel (Release)

Hmm, there must be something special with that map... Where can I download it? you can have DOM maps functioning as DM maps, and the key was to NOT set the gametype to either DM or DOM. I claim that a map of any game type runs as DM regardless of the file name if you leave out DefaultGameType. At le...

Re: DM-FreewayTunnel (Release)

DM-MementoMori (not sure if I spelled that right) where the mapper has placed DOM points. So, if you copy and then rename the DM file to DOM-MementoMori then load it in UT it will play as a DOM. Have you tried that? Because I took an Assault map (AS-Canyon.unr), removed LevelInfo.DefaultGametype an...

Thumbnail preview of stock Textures

I remember there was a web site where all stock Textures were listed with name and a small preview… Either it has closed or I don't remember its name. Does anyone know such or similar? (I think that https://wiki.beyondunreal.com/ would be a right place fur such.)

The login stay time has been decreased a lot. Before it was (felt like) months, now have to log in after a few days only. (Humans are lazy ;)
Changed it.
Thanks. Did you even shorter it? Now I have to re-login every day. My thought was it could be enlarged. :D

Re: Sleep StayOpenTime on every Mover's KeyNum

You will need to code a new state into the mover I already had a look at the code, but I was not really sure how to implement the behaviour I want. what's the current initial state? It is GradualTriggerOpenTimed . Mover's DelayTime seems to be ignored at least in that state. And MoveAmbientSound is...

Re: Sleep StayOpenTime on every Mover's KeyNum

Thanks for replies. Yes, an approach is possible with a gradual mover: set an event for every KeyNum and assign a Dispatcher that waits some seconds before it raises the event for the next KeyNum. Unfortunately on the way back events are not risen.
