Re: Next Contest Or Spring/Summer MapPack?

Who what think about this? So nobody cares a new map contest? Or just a simple UT99Org MapPack would be cool This is a period of time of less than 2 hours. If you want to attract many participants how about some prize money. You want THEM to do something: Today even voting is too much work for most...

Make a tiny map big in filesize: Include NW2 system files

I could have posted a new thread instead but I just this one as "Naliweapons Offtopic Spam" http://www.mapraider.com/maps/unreal-tournament/deathmatch/5857/DM-FrigateBattleGrounds 62MB_for_what_again.jpg Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that this map download includes nali weapons 2, that's my only issu...

Re: Textures for (non)commercial usage

I have to re-check that.

@several layers: Well. The Facepalm grass does not use less than 18 layers in total, so yes I know about that.

Re: Textures for (non)commercial usage

So basically only 3dmd.net and texturemate are recommendable so far? You have your opinion about cgtextures, don`t you? Yes, those seem to be fine to use in projects. About cgtextures, is a dangerous territory to go into, as they're not 100% clear on their licenses, so better not use them at all. A...

Re: CTF-FacePalm (Release)

Thanks for your comment but I don`t intend to change anything there anymore, not even the slightest thing. 1. I added them in order to give the blue side some more 'uniqueness'. Same applies for the rocks outside and the many foilage on the red side. There a lot of things which might fit in terms of...

Re: CTF-FacePalm (Release)

Why are there 2 creavions at mapraider? One of them is his evil twin... I think it is because I registered there once as "ut_creavion", but I don`t remember anymore for sure. Since the 'normal' creavion was not assigned, you can bet why it was used. Just played the map, the graphical stuff...

I'll say it short: this map kicks ass and is a must have. Anyone who says otherwise should seek treatment.
He, I'm really pleased.

BTW: Thanks to the person who uploaded my maps on mapraider, but I somehow think it was you, am I right?
