Resetting the Nexgen ID is rather an issue for reliable banning than for feature driven mods like this. The goal of even teams should be desirable for all (serious) players on the server, so they would gain nothing from abusing it. Also, server admins probably dont want to host players on their serv...

Well servers can always install custom skins by adding them to their ServerPackage list, which will require all clients to download the skin ofcourse. ValhallaAvatar will not require the server to install any skins and players will not download any either. It only allows players using a custom skin ...

The issue is rather how fast it is spreading instead of its mortality rate. The health systems aren't prepared to handle larger amounts of people suddently needing ICU care, and then the mortality rate will definitely skyrocket compared to now.
