Right-click on the surface -> Surface Properties. Names of a package and texture will be in heading of the appeared window.

There is another way: use Bright.exe and bat-file with the contents of

Bright *.bmp
After starting the bat-file all 24-bit bmp in folder convert to 8-bit pcx.
If you need a masked texture, the transparent color should be black (0,0,0).

You can make support for different screen resolutions, please? I want to double the size of fonts, but in this mode Map-Vote LAv2 window does not fit on my screen (I have a 1280x1024).

ATI chips ignore the GFX RAM on the card.
I tested on ATI HD4870, OGL used VRAM.
