Re: Old D3D renderer enables clients to "speedhack" on serve

I've tried to reproduce this on my server which runs NewNet 0.9 and ACE V08h Me and my mates couldnt see difference with the old renderer. I think its important though, UT99 out-of-the-box from steam runs @ d3d if iam not mistaken. I've also tried without NewNet, and indeed.. like 15/20% faster move...

Re: behindview players when playing demo file

Had a similar chat about something similar on UnrealAdmin awhile ago. Are you sure it's behindview 0 you wanna be using? My keybinds: http://ic.pics.livejournal.com/evilgrins/3189901/3704684/3704684_original.png behindview 1 is the correct one, behindview 0 makes you go back to standard viewing. I ...

Possible to hide sniper shells ?

Hi all!

I just switched from instagib to freestyle sniping.
And i was wondering if you can hide the shells that fall from your gun as you shoot.

Instagibbers offcourse got everything hidden and switched off haha!

Thanks in advance!

Re: Finding Servers With Custom Game-Types

Only i've don't know the right command for this mutator. I've tried a few things like; added a extra deathmatch section: [UBrowserDeathmatch] Lis...

Re: Some textures appear 'pixelized'

You are looking at a mix of low and high end textures. Which map is this ? I'll get a comparison with mine (I am using the Extreme end in Unreal, and the High end in UT). Sorry missed the question! :o Its indeed DM-Curse. I am using the Extreme as well in UT. It's the 'sandy' pixel look on the wall...

Looks like a Cursed][ edit... There is a "bright light" edit out there.

Think that's the gammacorrection to the screenshot.

Re: Some textures appear 'pixelized'

If you upload images to the post they are scaled to fit on the page. Please rescale images to fit the space in a post, or attach to the post so users can click on it. It looks like software rendering, not D3D9. Are you sure this is set ? [Engine.Engine] GameRenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice Win...

Some textures appear 'pixelized'

Hi fellow UT lovers! I do hope i ask this question in the right section. Some textures in my UT don't appear right. I unfortunatly cannot recall at what moment this problem occured. I've recently did a clean install of UT, and added extra INI lines for visual performance, as wel as the UTRP textures...
