MonsterHunt map

I have looked all over google, for a popular MH map, named MH-UM-1000monsters, no luck! Is it a personal map or maybe spelled different?

medor's site has both it and a MH-UM-1000monsters][ as .uz here:

They're both as .uz files though so you'd need to decompress them first, and they may be missing packages. Unless someone else is able before me, I can have a crack at packaging them on Monday or so.

Thats seems like a very popular map too! wonder why its not as available as the other MH maps?

I would be happier if this map called MH-UM-1000monsters][ is uploaded to the Unreal Archive but the submit content thing isn't working right now so we'll have to wait on that and Spectrum is giving me a false flag about medor's web page and I don't like that at all anyway.

Pretty simple, you already have the decompress files in your UT's system directory.

Wherever it is, you goto an MS-DOS prompt and basically you do this:

This requires some class from EXU...(which the latest version doesn't have anymore), either way it uses the fake package WarNukingGroundfix which duplicates WarNukingGround (both are the same) for no reason.

UGGGHHHHHHHH

I swear MH maps might be the only ones where it's not worth saving (with exceptions). Over 20 different packages, some of which are outdated as sektor pointed out, so you'd need to replace files, over 100 mb in total, and all you get is a mini-me spam fest with a shittily compressed LinPark song. Build itself seems ok if it's even original but getting bombarded at spawn is super unfun.

Are you SURE I need to upload it?

I love this maps with 1000 monsters with 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 health ...well at least the Canopner MH version with the Hallapenjo (jalapeno) ammo can kill them instantly. :wth:

Here some coder should do a weapon like a "Look-Gun" - you just look at Monsters and they die... Priceless, for sure these sort of maps must be saved for testing the most idiotic guns as possible - clearly it's needed a testing ground :sleep: .

MH-UM-1000monsters is a little too memory intensive, but MH-UM-1000monsters][ plays just fine with no memory issues.

I was curious why there where 2 maps in the package, now i know, thanks!

I am extremely thankful for the map, but could someone help me with one tiny detail? I'm not even sure where to post this question, so ill post it here since it has to do with the map (maybe)
When I shoot the AAA stinger gun on that map it has a blinding black smoke trail behind each shot and I cant see the target, especially when zoomed in, any ideas?
