Nope, for my shame the brand is portuguese, called Insys. I tried to play the good patriotic and buy national stuff thinking it would be faster (factory at my country), more reliable and would somehow contribute to the growth of my country... I couldn't be more wrong. They are very dumb people, and I won quite some arguments in their own forum, some of them my solution to a problem worked while theirs was simply misleading, and note they are professionals, which is very bad since they should be the ones giving the best solutions, not me.
It was the first and last thing I got from them, for sure. Their products aren't "that bad" at all, I must say, but their support is ridiculous..
Either ways, an update: I have been informing myself with an old man here who recently bought also a laptop and the way he did it (in the store I usually go, not Insys ofc lol, but another one where I bought DVDs, microwave, toners, a fridge, pen drives, etc, and it sounds good for me and it seems there's a bigger chance I can get something functional tomorrow. If I have some luck, perhaps from tomorrow on I will be able to keep developing NW3 with no worries and testing with a resolution bigger than 640x480 like I have been doing so far (yeah, the current laptop is that bad graphic card wise, I will try to buy one which is in promotion right now and has some nice specs, one of them is a nvidia G310M and will be an ASUS laptop).
Btw, I am developing now the Nuclear Launcher (a few people had the oportunity to see a small screenshot), and I am currently working in the altfire HUD (because it's a guided nuclear missile like the redeemer), and it's quite frustating pausing it since it's actually turning better than what I expected (the feeling of guiding this specific nuke is somehow better than the regular redeemer, specially because of the new HUD elements, like orientation system, altitude, lens "aparent" distortion, etc), so I am a bit anxious to finish it as soon as possible, and this was a really "cold bath" I got from the damn laptop.
