There are replacement textures for servers. These replace the net textures included in dedicated server packages and eliminate problems associated with clients using S3TC (CD2 textures with fix or UTRP textures). Please install these updates on your server and give this link and information to other admins so that they can make their servers UTRP-Compatible.
