Monsterhunt conversion of AS-Ashes

I not sure but I remember having played AS-Ashes as a Monsterhunt conversion. Does anybody have this Monsterhunt map?

I am very sure that I have never played this map as monster hunt conversion, but the big crosses are familiar to me from other maps.

No idea, never heard from this. But it does like a nice, short map.
