Looked around this nice list of maps from here

And there are a few maps I can't find. These are:

DM-A1OLDCAST
DM-Hizura][
DM-Telemachus
DM-ForcedInduction
DM-Facepunch

I'll need to browse that thread a bit more, so far that's all I've seen that is actually not found by googling.

One map that was kinda hard to find as well was DM-Salamander. Found it here though http://uregina.ca/~rosloot/maps/

DM-ForcedInduction could be DM-Forced_Induction?

Here's a zip with four of the five maps (I don't have Facepunch) - I've quickly checked the dependencies and put in what I think are not default/common files - if anything else is needed, let me know I think DM-Hizura][ is actually DM-Hizuna?

PS Found a version of Facepunch which may be of use to you DM-X(X)-Facepunch.

One more map that I can't find for some reason: CTF-SG-Outpost
