UTLMarine is missing

While opening "MH-Unreality-Siberia.unr" the UnrealEd says: "Can't find file for package 'UTLMarine'", and I suspect that it is an U file and that is from Unreal1 NaPali.
Does anyone know where I can download that file?

I have even this one:

I would like to know how do map works with these two, which one is causing that Index bla bla critical K.O...

I don't know what classes are used from this package in the map, and I didn't notice any errors with this package. (I found that
UnrealityW2.UnrealitySWAT551 causes a GPF on clients, but that's another story.)
