Do you search a certain mutator, mod, skin, map, everything else?

Who the hell told you that? Its a User Mod from "Chaotic Dreams".
No, you are talking about Chaos UT Evolution for UT2004, and yes, that one is an user mod, from Chaotic Dreams.

But Chaos UT, or simple Chaos, for UT GOTY, is from Epic, if it was made by Chaotic Dreams and Epic bought it, i don't know, but i know that Chaos UT for GOTY came on a CD2 with the CD1 with Unreal Tournament GOTY, so Chaos UT for GOTY is officially from Epic.

The same apllies to Rocket Arena mutator
nope, that would be against the principle of mods, the user has the option to download or to buy it, it was available anyway, it was just bundled as special feature (like the s3tc textures). If epic would have bought chaos ut they would have the full copyright on that mod, but it's still available for free for ut, ut2003/2004 and ut 3.

That must be fun! 100 new weapons! lol

Try this link!
Here you have lots and lots of mutators to download! Some of them are very very interesting! If you're interested I can tell you the ones I think are better!

For example: there's one in which you can earn money by killing, capturing the flag, etc, to buy monsters to kill a certain player or bot! You can also buy weapons or the belt shield, health packs, etc.

The really cool thing is that when you buy the weapon and you pick it up, the weapon will show up again a few moments later just like the normal weapons the map has!

You can also buy InstaGib! :D

Anyway, that link has a great variety of mutators!
Try it ;)

It's got a glitchy but decent voicepack attached to it that quotes an episode from the original Star Trek. Fires from the rocket launcher in alternate shooting. It basically looks like the charger for the dispensor pistol, travels in a straight line, and shoots at anything in the game (monsters or players).

Sadly it's slow moving and largely useless unless something doesn't have the good sense to get out of its way.

I may still have it. There's a tonnage of mutators on my system I haven't used in years but never got around to deleting.

Will you keep to exhume dead threads from over three years?
I am only annoyed now but proceed in this way and you will see me angry.

If you want to say some thing to a specific subject-matter make an own thread where you refer to an old thread.
Or say at last "sorry I bumped this thread but..."

"angry" is maybe not the best chosen word, paper. Lets say "facepalm-annoyed"

But he said it: Guys, get into the way of checking the posting dates.

If it is still relevant, then I don't see a problem with replying to old threads.

But I see a problem... with reviving dead threads.
It was the third time I thought " Uh cool a new thread !" ...but I was disappointed, as I could see it was a dead thread again where no one of the original poster will ever answer again.
to make it short old threads are something between now and 6-8 month ...I think this is ok.
But everything older is a dead thread and should only be exhumed with an update (link is broken here is another one) and not a bug report or small talk because the original poster will not answer.

My opinion
