So, you're looking for this cs_italy package, right?
Well, judging by the package name, all I can do is help narrow the search a little:
-Possibly the package came from a map that was a Counter-Strike map remake
-It could be from a map from a CS kind of mods (Tactical Ops, Infiltration etc.)
-It ain't TO-Italy
-It ain't DM-CS-... Cuz these are maps from CyberSirius
