Looking for these CTF4/CTFM and DOM maps...

Could someone help me find these maps?:
1. CTF4-Infested
2. A CTF4/CTFM map that had the flags in the centre of the map and had custom music (old amiga's Chaos theme I think). I remember it having hey piles or something similar.
3. A DOM CityIntro themed map. It was pretty small (probably an extracted section of the city) and had kickers.
Any of those sound familiar?

Well, here's what I got:
DOM-CityIntro.zip - not it (too big)
DOM-CityTheme.zip - AAaaargh! I never saw such uglyness... EVER! (readme says the author was 13 and made this 20min.) medor, delete this from your list!
DOM-UT-City.zip - missing ThesisPlanner package. Darn...
Didn't check the cityintro.zip yet...

Found the first 2, but I still can't find the 3rd one, maybe it was in mapfactory?
