There's a mod involving a single player scenario for ut99. At the very end of this is an original boss monster that is unspeakably powerful. It ain't pretty but it's tough. And it requires the more recent version of oldskool to work.

Sadly, I can't remember what it's called or what the monster is. Also, I'd like to find a way to use it without the more recent version of oldskool, cuz i prefer the original version.

Any ideas?

If it requires Oldskool, then it must be a mod for Unreal.
My suggestion is play it with Unreal.

I misunderstood. I thought you had it installed, but could not play it.
www.unrealsp.org and www.oldunreal.com are the best bet.

I have the more modern oldskool, I just prefer the old one. To play it I briefly swapped them, to try out the monster in that mod.
