if you dont' like utx viewer, you can always try wotgreal exporter or, generally speaking, any tool able to read ut99 packages

In case you have the older v2 UTX viewer, here is the last version I could find.
I use Unreal Services Package Explorer for opening most files
And for anyone that wants the other package tool
Also worth checking is "Dragon UnPACKer"
