Admittedly, clearly a lot more going on when I actually hit "Play".

Everywhere I see him, he is a mouthy and brash show-off that claims to be the worlds best UT99 coder, but has only ever modified other peoples work.

C'mon, Doc. Don't be so bad. It's in human nature to act like an dumbass sometimes, but the sun will rise again tomorrow without any problem.
Some people think are mappers but are not, some think are coders but are not, and list can continue. Who cares ? Already many good people left this game because of such "admins" and their "options", and some of them are unable to create a redirect for their servers staying empty for months.
Let's see:
- The best UT99 server ? Says who ? Players or himself ? I want a description related to that personal opinion only;
- Mods ? I'll bet without NW3 that wouldn't exist;
- How stable is ? Many doubts goes here...
- At least for Video what can I see ? Camper in some area without paths showing a fake skill like cowards. Woow, it's indeed amazing. How about some real battle ? Impossible. It's the best server because you can kill doing nothing to keep your brain fresh out of any insane effort which might lead in a shorter life, yes, this game keeps you in good condition - if has an amoeba logic.
He forgot to upload on YouTube a few console instances, and more things are missing until to claim something "The Best".

If I'm not mistaken I do believe there is a fleshbombv3 as well. I'll dig around and see if I can find the mods and sources.

No, I would say ...he is a very sad lonely little boy (very little regarding his mind).
He is this kind of guy who would go tweak a little bit the newest UT4 build and would claim the whole game his own. Afterwards would he harass Epic to help him finish "his" game ...and if Epic refuses would he harass them even more and would start mocking them in youtube videos.
At least is he doing this with all the mods he can get a hold of.
