Hello again. I love names - a lot. So I have played under many different screen names over the years, mainly whatever happens to strike my fancy at the time. There have been a few mainstays, and some were just something stupid I dreamed up in the moment. I have forgotten many of them but here are a few I remember. What are some of your various names you have played under through the years, and why?

Destroyer was my first name
Then I changed it to Dareman and shortened it to Dare

[Feralidragon]

I started to use Feralidragon (Feraligator + Dragon) both in forums and games, but now I just use Feralidragon to forums and xXx (now {WINGS}xXx) to games.

I only use BossDragon for GTA SAMP (San Andreas MultiPlayer), and tutano2004 in youtube (due to gmail account).

I am not the kind of the guy that uses a lot of nicks, I just think in one that I think it's cool and use it if available.

Lee_Stricklin-No need for originality when you use your actual name. I almost ALWAYS use this tag.

Already on my about me:however.

Originated as Xzalander my RL middle name (dont ask.), moved onto King for the first day or so on UT DM.

Found way too many King's on DM, so I switched between Xzalander,Chiliburger and KingS.

The S actually stands for something you know? But you'll never work it out

Then I made slight adjustments to my name KingS to prevent minor Zargeing (Info@New Players: Zarge used to be a problem for UT players a while back).

So I altered my name to -K¡ngS- with the i being an Inverted Exclamation mark. I still sometimes play as Chiliburger,Xzalander or my alternate name Crack_O'Doom.

If I'm in the mood for some stupidity I set my name to "Look At Me Ma!" The VRN should get that names joke.

I appreciate those that have posted, and especially those who tell the why of their chosen names. I always find that kind of thing interesting. I seem to be more fond of using different names than most who have posted so far. Mostly it was just a whim, or how I felt that day or week, but I also had to change names occasionally or certain players on my favorite servers wouldn't come in and play with me.

I started out on a mid-level DM server and took my lumps - a lot of lumps, for quite a while. After a time I was one of the better players on my preferred servers (I was nowhere near top status overall - ever - nohow, no way) and some newer guys got pretty nasty accusing me of cheating, cursing me out etc.. When they finally figured out it was just that they weren't very good and I was halfway decent they would duck me. And after the way they acted I felt I wanted to play them some more and give them a few lumps of their own. So I would change my name every few weeks so they would come in and play with me for a while again. Some of them later became good online friends.

But I do love names for names sake. I usually leave crazy names on all my friends answering machines when I leave a message.

The interesting thing now is I'll call myself 'ShuX' if i'm playing not so well, and when I 'get up to scratch' if you will and start pwning, I'll restore my E!ghtG alias back to it's rightful glory. I used to have a good reputation, mainly for my aim with the ASMD and Snipe, so I'll only return to E!ghtG if my aim's co-operating =)
