I don't remember of having installed this mod.

Post by PrinceOfFunky »

Hello, I was testing a mutator of mine today and that's what I found in the map I was playing:

These are the only mods I can see onto the main menu:

This mod wasn't there at the beginning of this month lol. Does someone of you know what's the name of this mod? Maybe I just put some .u files lately and I didn't notice about these "new" bots .o.

EDIT: Ok I found out I have tons of these mods called U4eT... into the System folder, Idk how they got in there but now I ask, is there a way to disable them without deleting the files?

Xpickups is fairly common with a lot of the maps from the ut99.org Mappacks. If you got any maps recently from here, it's probably from there.

U4eT won't be used unless you specifically select them for games. I dunno what it is, but like any other mutator it isn't just on because you have the files.

Looks like you are playing a U4eLastManStanding game there. To disable U4e move, rename or comment out the int files (of the U4e mods you don't want to use).

Unreal 4Ever Tournament is actually a fun mutator, I play it's weapon mod, and it's fun! :D

But, make sure you don't have it on your Mutators list if you don't want it. :)
"Everyone is an idea man. Everybody thinks they have a revolutionary new game concept that no one else has ever thought of. Having cool ideas will rarely get you anywhere in the games industry. You have to be able to implement your ideas or provide some useful skill. Never join a project whose idea man or leader has no obvious development skills. Never join a project that only has a web designer. You have your own ideas. Focus on them carefully and in small chunks and you will be able to develop cool projects."

So, modifying the .int, is the only solution?

Not it is not the only solution, there is an alternate (or alternates) method(s) like creating a folder named "System_Add" and using a normal PC operating command like named "MOVE" which is pretty helpful to move stuff from System to newer System_Add... But this is very hard to do...

I suppose that some Voodoo Magic happened or something like "uncaching" for future headaches...
