There are some mutators which make your death handy to your score:
· ExplosiveMode: if you're gibbed you blow up like a redeemer, if a sniper head shots you a redeemer shoots at them
· Radiated: when you die everything near gets caught in a massive burst of energy that will likely kill them
I'm thinking something more basic. Possibly a new player model.
There's this UT-model called a BangDoll (not as pornographic as it sounds) which is kinda close. When it dies it explodes, but it does no damage to those nearby. What I'm thinking on is more like Team Orbit's mechs:
This is a standard mole, by way of example:
All the Team Orbit mechs do what I'm about to describe, but this one I've got a before an after of.
A mole has its own weapons built into it and when it explodes... it pretty much takes out anyone nearby:
How does it do that? It's not from a mutator, it's built into the model.
Does anybody have an idea how to make any model do that?
When you die you kill your enemies nearby!

I prefer the vengeance pick-up from Chaos (that floating skull thing). Maybe you can use this and give it every player with a stuff-swapper or whatever,
