When playing team games (be it DM, CTF, DOM, or whatever) which team color (red, blue, green, or gold) do you choose most often?

I always liked the gold team logo. But never really had a team preference.... All my enemy's are red on the inside!

whatever color when i login but i refer blue or red.
Remember you can not use the command !teams on a x4 game like siege.

Usually Blue, though I've heard something about the colors red and blue having something to do with dictating the mental something-or-other of a player as they play the game, which can result in a higher chance of players on Blue losing. Don't remember where I heard that though.

I read this article too a few years ago, red supposedly has a small advantage.
Personally I've been blue since blue was the default team in UT2003's solo campaign.

1) That's interesting, Red having the advantage like that. Outside of MH, I've noted in the past that in DM & CTF & AS & DOM the Red Team suffers 1 disadvantage: can't see monsters. If a map has monsters on it, or a monster-spawning type mutator is being used, bots on Blue will fight them but Red bots just get killed by the monsters as they don't seem able to perceive them.

Big a fan as I am of CTF-maps where the bases aren't identical, the Blue team there has a much harder time defending their side with that setup.

I played long time in red team only ...I did set up the bots to match the teams because I disabled "random order" ...I disliked to have some default bot in my team. After I discovered Marginal Enhanced UT with the ability to manage bot behaviour and skin beyond the 16 bots limit, I'd enabled "random order" again and used the green team colour to be randomly spawned into the teams. (I have to explain: I play as Pit-fighter Skaarj-Hybrid and without a team colour I get only the boring half-naked skin).
Now has the green team colour setting a bug in a two team only match ...at start I spawn at the enemy base without noticing it fast enough ...I get killed by my "team-mates". This was annoying, so I choose the blue team for now.

In a deathmatch is blue not as visible as red.

Wear blue sunglasses and the yellow team will appear to be green.

I've actually got that skin, for the WarHammer model, in UT.

I've always liked playing on green or gold.

Blue, because it's the hardest to spot in dark areas.

I used to play a lot with no color.
Grey?
Was really good around city maps
Hard to see.
