Request: Italian-speaking member

Post by smeerkat »

I thought I would post this in General, to get the widest possible audience. Feel free to move this to Mapping if you feel it's more appropriate. :P

I have an Italian viewer on my Mover video on YouTube, he's trying to use Google Translate but it sucks. Could someone speak to him in Italian, get his mapping question, then I can respond? Thank you for your help! Grazie

There are several native Italians on the board and I'm sure one of them will come along within the day. What say you P? You up for helping this fine person?

Hi, I can try to help him.
it seems this guy has not a specific question about movers, he wants to understand how to use movers in general.
he should ask infos for some mapper speaking italian (I know only one, Mano Santa, the mapper of ISC clan) or, if he needs a general tutorial for movers, maybe we can advice him to read Lode's Tutorial about movers (http://lodev.org/unrealed/movers/movers.html), a sort of movers bible.
well, I'm going to recover my YoutTube account to reply to this guy.

cheers,
Pietro

* blushes * lol
It's a community, so everyone does. u.u

EDIT: At this point, if there are people from other countries looking for a tutorial, smeerkat could localize title and description (and subtitles maybe) of his YT vid.
This remind me of when I translated the tutorial to play BunnyTrucks made by XpanD. .o.

This is how my UT looks at fresh install ( :wink: @ Carbon). I'm so used to the menus I just work around it and it's become fun.

I'm Canadian mate, but have been in Korea for a long time.

Yep, the installer must be a real guessing game Jack! Ah well, thankfully, they behave quite predictably.
