Tikal is an abandoned Maya city with 2 towers:
You can clearly see they are similar to the CTF-Face's towers, but that's not all, each of them hosts a tomb, one of a king and the other one of a queen, both covered with jade, and there are indeed brushes that looks like tombs into CTF-Face's towers, in which they are green in the red tower(jade is green).

Well, tikal towers were shown into Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977).
Now, I'm not sure if Inoxx got the inspiration by looking at those towers, but still, they are a lot similar.

It is very common for artists in general to look for inspiration in the real world. Heck, even technology wants to learn from nature (as in Bionics), so it might very well be plausible.
