Double Cursors

I'm not sure if I'm in the right spot to ask for UT assistance. A few months ago I tweaked an old version of UT (Version 436?) so it would run on windows 10.
Lately, when I try to start a game I get two cursors on my screen, both of which move very erratically. This makes it difficult to get the actual game cursor
to the proper menu to start a game. Does anyone know if there is a cure for this?

You are indeed in the right spot.

I seem to remember someone posting about a similar problem a few months ago so, if you haven't already, it might be an idea to search this forum.

If my Mac goes to sleep with the game still open, I get two cursors when I go back to the game. Minimising the game window and then going to full screen again gets rid of the system cursor, leaving just the UT cursor, but I don't know if doing this will help you.

That still have to be in the .ini somewhere but I don't know where or how. It used to bug me until I change my ini and I still can't figure out what. :ironic:

yes i do have that also often when i edit ut99 and goto the internet, i will get a double one.
i think that goes automatic when you are on the internet and use ut99 also.
when u use a internet explorer or other surf software.
it goes away when u use ut 99 only, and not surf during ut 99 gameplay.

Have you tried unchecking ''Direct input'' in UT?
Usually caused by this issue.

Needs to be off when your VSync is also set to off if iam not mistaken.
Also test this in both renders (OpenGL,D3D9) to see which renderer suits your UT better
