What if it was the crosshair they "edited-out"? Did the same myself back then.
faster way would be adding another blanc crosshair in your user.ini so you dont have to edit it out.

Well it would have sense but I doubt it's the crosshair:

The patterns aren't at the center of the picture. The picture could have been cropped tho, which would have much sense since if you try to take a screenshot it's impossible to take it without taking a portion of the water tank or a portion of the amplifier symbol on the right, even with changing the FOV Angle.

EDIT: The lamp/light has something to do with this change!! I'll show you soon.

Check this out:
Normal screenshot with lamp brush and light:
with_light.png
Without the light but with the lamp brush:
without_light.png
Same of above but unlit view:
lamp_nolight.png
Without the lamp brush and the light:
no_lamp_no_light.png
Now compare them with original screenshot:
nvm: "Cannot add another attachment, 5 is the maximum."
lol...
Do it with your editor :D

The ripper was missing because it hadn't been created yet, indeed there's a RazorAmmo in that same room:

which probably means there were some others on that later-modified part in the screenshot.
