I was thinking about opening a DM server with my friend but firstly i want to no how to create myown sniper rifle mutator?

What exactly are you wanting for your own Sniper? Are you wanting a to tweak some of the properties, such as firing rate or hit damage or the amount of ammo it can hold?

also is it ment for camping or running around and shooting?

reason i ask, some rifles are purposly set, so if you run when shooting the aim is offset to discourage running or freestyle in camping servers..

why not just download a clan rifle already made for the Job?
