UT99 and W10 dark too dark!

Hi there,
I was an user of UT99 from many time, but this week I am working with Windows10 and try to play on, but I have noticed that image is very dark and using F11 doesn't resolve the matter.
I have a GTX 1060 with 32Gb memory and ryzen 2700x, I thought with all these resources I could play very well, but it is not!
I watched into my Unrealtournement.ini and looked this:
Do I have to change the Brightness from 0.000000 to 1.000000?
Any suggestions??
