Help remembering mod

Hi there, I was hoping someone might be able to help me out finding a useful mod I used to use years ago.
We used to play in our college forms over the LAN and as the game admin I had mod that was basically a GUI for what you could do with the admin console. I think it popped out of the side and then with a few simple clicks you could do things like switch game mode, change maps, add bot players etc.
Does this ring any bells with anyone?

Could also be a server controller; depending on how long it was ago it could have been ASC or the latest Nexgen Server Controller.

Good suggestions. I also remember TNSE's admin tool, which is installed on my (currently broken) other PC, and proved handy in the time before I learned of Nexgen.

Thanks for the suggestions all - while not the same, XConsole seems be great for what I need.

I really can't remember much about the mod I'm thinking about, I'm sure it popped out like the "V" menu, when I did this I think it paused the game for everyone - and I could change something (like add bot players) then when the menu disappeared again the game would unpause.

Even though it is not a "mod", I would say that MEAT is spot on here with the remote server admin feature of ut99.
