Just curious what their purpose was/is? I'm guessing it was used to admin a ut server, I looked online and searched here and oldunreal and found nothing about the subject.
Yes, those are the UT99 remote server admin files.
They are virtually UT's version of .html files.
I once converted all of them to regular .html files, studied and played around with them making my own version of the remote server admin.
I also made an .html custom server controller that worked pretty well.
You could even chat with players, read logs, etc.
