Just noticed this, never had this problem before and I'm not using any mutator so not sure what's causing this.

While I can still load the same number of grenades as always, for some reason the rockets are firing 1 at a time. I can't load up multiple rockets and fire them at once, only 1 at a time.

Not sure what's causing this. This ever happen to any of you?

Yeah, that's definitely it. Fixed it right up... but I'd love to know what switched that prior to me going there, because i didn't do that.

It could indeed - I've noticed changes in the past. One way to test that is to play one game using it, close UT, restart it and check that tick box to see if there's a change.

If you are doing single shot, right click on the mouse should make it group together. Or hold both down so you can keep continuously doing group shot. Not the grenades.
