I've seen EXUScriptedPawn when I've opened EXU but I didn't see it when I opened the Xeops.u file.

Perhaps I should point out that Warlords that appear to be flightless can be made using the XeopsLord skin (but I suppose there's not a great deal of point in that as they will fly).
