I confess, I don't know what that is and I don't ever remember fighting it... but I did take the screenshot so I must have at some point.
Anybody know what that is (yeah I see the name on it) and what .u file it came from?

Those are from BlackCheetah's Zombie Killing Grounds mod - see here Killing Grounds.
The zombies only really work in the mod/game type - I have tried them outside the mod and they don't do anything much nor, from memory, do they appear correctly (not surprisingly as they do not have the code of the mod). I played the mod for a while but not longer have it installed, though I see I do have the maps that came with it.
