help with web development

hi guys im starting a new ut camping clan and ive seen the server im going to rent but unfortunatly im not that great with css although i have used it and understand it ive never been able to start from scratch and code with it, im ok with html although dont want to make a website with html, so im wondering if anyone could help me with the web development side before i purchase the server so i can easilly transfer it across im using a freehostia account to to it first if anyone would like to help or has any advice please reply or contact me on kris_mccoll@hotmail.com
