Y'know, as an afterthought, I could probably hook up that Giftzwerg voicepack to the UTDMT on that map. I mean, it wouldn't effect the stuff you're translating, and that voice would sound silly on them, and...

...actually, nevermind.

Interesting project · http://www.unrealsp.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3957

It has a Skaarj walking around in a touristy Hawaiian shirt:

...uhm... that's a lot bigger than it was in that thread.

Wait a second, there in the image, are that BFG9000 balls?

Also, is "baron" in the talkbox reffering to the Baron of Hell?

Also, that snake. Doesn't it looks like some Pokémon? I don't know, I am not a very Pokémon fan.

Just some few weird coincidences I noticed randomly.

Indeed they are.

No it doesn't... least none that I know of.

Someone, probably (however you spell it) alcpowned, decided there needed to be another class of Slith... so he made those: Lampreys.

Sweet!

I can spot many cons in that baron.
  • The famous (and my favorite part) hooves are almost invisible.
  • His face is facing down way too much, from that skin. (He seems sad. :<) His eyes seem tedious from where you took that screenshot.
  • The skin is ugh.
I could list many and many more, but I guess I want instead to make my own model. Since I don't want people to think I an making Doom fan art, I'll not upload my Baron model into Sketchfab, instead linking it directly here later. (Also why doesn't this forums have [sketchfab] tags?)

...

... Do you know? With a broken touchpad and incomplete skills, I don't think I'll do the model now. I will do it later, when I have a functioning mouse and a neatly developed skill. All happened after I modelled a nice drinking fountain. The touchpad got stuck again. That's why I friggin hate it! The worse is that I can't even find support!

But no hungry monster, at least it has some hooves (though hard to see). Which I admire.

...

... Wait, before you go. Please give me the map's link.

There's many more. It and the imps (yeah, got those too) are mapped over Krall. So... they make Krall-sounds.

At the moment it isn't anywhere, I'm still editing it... but when it's ready it'll go in this thread · viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11352

Already dealing with one issue, but it kinda works. I've been retexturizing (word?) the map with Doom textures.... but I sorta goofed and now the map is much brighter than it was initially:

Although, on the plus side, can see some of the monsters a lot more clearly now:

Hopefully will have it done by Friday.

Top row of icons (above the viewports), 5th fro the right, with a little light bulb (just right of another button with a cube).
You must construct additional pylons.

was hacked. by a qDemon
Nice un-capitalized "q". Also I'm migrated from Doom to Quake, so I can say that "demon" is called Fiend, only called "demon" in Quake's files.

Good day, dear SadFrowns :) (couldn't think of a better name :P )

Indirect recommend from papercoffee (confusion is understandable) prompted me to edit the same map I first requested someone else to edit for me...
Image
...that's what it looked like prior to my doing a significant weapons swap!

Now it's a bit more like this:
