About time they went open-source like the DOOM code.

Another dubious free source has been uploaded to MODDB

I thought it was a mod for U2. it is not. it is a full UT install + Unreal.

I have advised one of the people involved, that this is a bad idea, unless it distro's as the demo, then the user can update it with the NoDelta patch.

There seems to be a lot more interest in this than normal. What the hell is going on?

Sorry to bring back a zombie thread guys.

I am living in Korea right now and recently found some copies of UT, boxed, sealed, retail. The boxes are a little worn (scuffed, I guess is the word, but it excellent shape considering they have been stacked behind a shelf in a basement shop for 13 years). The game is in English (version 400; I opened one for myself) but the manual is Korean (the layout and pics are the same as the English). A smattering of Korean on the box, but otherwise, completely legit (no back room burned stuff). Needless to say, I was amazed to have found them; looking at the "how old are you" thread, it seems I have been enjoying UT longer than many here! It was a good day and while searching for the general availability of the retail boxed game (pretty much nil), I found this thread. I didn't join or post to sell these copies; I will have no trouble with that, but thought maybe the OP was still around and looking.

Anyhow OP, if you are interested, shoot me a PM.
