I wasn't sure if you could still DL if you were already a member.
Shame, as there is stuff there never posted anywhere else.
Signing-up, to log-in to get downloads. No wonder the stuff there is quite rare.
Dumb-asses!
The UT world has lost a bunch of good stuff :(

Anyone actually have a copy of the Bi-plane for example ?
I have managed to track down some of the vehicles by the file-names.

I'll see about sharing those.

*SHARING OPTIONS*

Cheers GEx, but I did read that thread (and others). That is how I knew the score.

Errr, but If I have to join-up so I can PM a request for a file, but they are not excepting new members...
How does that work ?

That's dumb as a "bag of stupid" in my books, as long-term members will/should already have most of the files.
Which is why I asked if anyone here is a member, as they will have access, so they can actually PM!

Generally as a matter of course, when I arrive at a site that requires joining just so I can get 1 or 2 files, I immediately look somewhere else.
It's too much like joining an exclusive snobby club, where you have to wear the correct tie and shirt, or you are not wanted.
If it was to stop leaching, then the coder of the site should have had a slap in the face and told to fix it, or use Coral CDN.

The only l4y member I can think of is Sargeant Todd but he's not that active anymore here :( I still have is e-mail though, so if you like I can send it to you by PM.

Boos corner was a good one, thank you! Game Banana has just too much, I need to keep this to UT specific places.

Damn, I'm gonna need to pack a lunch when I start putting all this stuff together in some sort of format. There is everything in here.

That's a good site but I can't rip it. It has all kinds of maps in it and I can't rip a specific section. Come on guys, no one remembers the old places? You guys don't remember Smiling Monsters (which I've gotten) or Nali City (which I didn't) or some of the obscure corner places that may still be archived somewhere?

A lot of the old places are gone. I was most sorry that Ram2000, which was an all UT voicepack site, and ZenCoder, the guy that created MonsterMadness, got shut down.

When I get home I'll post a link to "Nali City". After that site was shut down, all of the maps were moved to a different location...

...which I just happen to know where.

I keep an ongoing list of random links here · http://unreal-games.livejournal.com/tag/linkage · but again I'm at work so can't fully check them out from here to verify how active they still are.
