A few months ago http://rosebum.com/forum/ got overtaken and flooded with spambots.

A few weeks ago, the admins who everyone thought had abandoned the place finally cleaned it up... but nobody could reply or make new posts.

Now the forum is just gone.

It would appear http://www.vulpinemission.com/index.php has crashed.

It's not. That's the broken page. Members who try to login from there get a screen full of bad code.

Normally the forum's a charcoal gray color with red lettering and yellow for the link color.

It's still crashed.
Hmmm, on the other hand maybe it isn't crashed... I can login again.

I very rarely login to http://www.ecoop.tk/forum/ but I tried today and they've changed their whole login thingy.

Clicked login and this popped up... I don't know what to do with that!

It's asking you to sign in with any of those (social media) accounts - have you tried contacting the forum admin?

There have added linked logins VIA Google and the rest, else spoken you can use a G00gle account by example for logging in there, just click the right Icon. I did not visited last time too much that location because at a moment was bugging me with some Adds coming from an evil location. I really don't need to drop my IP en every server log hosting Adds and useless things which I don't care about.
These linked logins are used even in other places - they help you to not keep in memory 100 Passwords and or hints... suffixes, etc.

Next forum I'm gonna join to better take a look at is NewbiesPlayground.

Not so far, as I said I don't use that forum much. On average it only has like 3 active posters per 6 months.

It used to have a login by email, so if I used those social media logins I wouldn't be able to access my existing account there.

Any attempt to make a new post crashes the forum. You hit refresh and it lets you back in okay, but it won't accept a new post.

Not sure if it's the whole forum or just the "maps" section.

Little fuzzy on this. Might've been thrown together by some of the folks who used to be with RoseBum.

UnrealMayhem is not dead, we just had to shift address from unreal-mahem.com to http://unrealmayhem.com/ I also have a filebase of 65 gig of old UT-files that was collected since -99
