I think it was inexcusable they let Nalicity go to waste, I guess just chalk it up for it being an old game. And lack of interest of the new versions.

Mapraider is about the only best place left.

There's some good advice in the sticky section of the mapping forum on i4games. And of course that site is pretty much the central hub for UT BunnyTrack maps:

UP is not entirely dead, if you're part of their forums you know they still work on maps... just don't put them out as much as they used to.

MR is kinda fugly now but still decent.

Then there's this · http://www.destinationunreal.com/modules.php?name=Maps
You gotta be a member of that forum to download anything, and they've got multiple versions of the same maps, but there's some good stuff in there.

The maps from NaliCity are still online, they're just hard to find. I earmarked links to them, from filefront, in the Obscure UT sites thread but those links aren't good anymore.

I can probably find them again if I look... although JackGriffin said he was working on a database of downloads from the links provided, so he may have all the NC maps himself.

Quick Google for 'ut99 maps'

Despite the fact you're not so fond of Mapraider, they do have a forum. In fact, as i didn't pay attention to such years back, most every single UT site has a forum I've noticed lately.
