A mixed game between UT and quake3? Very interesting indeed!

Nex not Gex ...well, what ever.

It looks interesting ...but it surprises me to see another Arena-Shooter despite the fact that this style of game is not any more state of the art.

You noticed maybe...
I don't like COD-MW or BF3 or whatever realistic-themed shooter. Restricted movement, semi historical correct scenarios, and too much "America! Fuck Yeah!"

It's not just for this shooter that I changed my username, it's just too many other players/things are named so similarly (or even identically), there's even a dude named Gexup on youtube that has a few PS1/PS2 game reviews uploaded, so yeah... Didn't want anyone not from the UT community to mistake me with another guy I guess :noidea .

BTT: I hope it deliver's as greatly as it promises... Quake + UT? Interesting...

I was looking at this somewhat interested ... it went away when he demonstrated the "rocket jump" ... man .... why does a rocket launcher have such a wuzzy sound? Had they sampled a bottle of champain beeing opened the sound would have been more convincing ... .. I'm out.... looks like another UT clone with crap movement.
Retired.

Meh. Reminds me of Nerf Arena. Candy-coated deathmatch.

Nexuiz looked and was better..or even Warsow.

Disturbingly violent ...I mean not the gore, but the literal animation of sheer agony, suffering and pain of the player-models. :|

Though my big warsow period was 2008-2012, I still play it from time to time. It's great. Very quake-like though, it bears no resemblance to Unreal.
You must construct additional pylons.

This is a reason why I choose a nick that no one else can possibly use. I made up these as there were none on the internet...

Chamberly (long time ago before it started to spread like wildfire when I used it on social media sites.)
Embertactic (my best creation! I googled it to be sure there were no use on it, no result found. Yay! Now it is filled with UT only related stuff via search engine.)
Chagor (didn't really check on the internet about this lol but it was just a mix name between the 1st three letters of my name and the last 3 letters of Higor's just for fun along with the group in #codereview. for the lols)

I think I might make another unique name later on.

Ok back on topic.

I don't think I would do much for playing another game after trying Nexuzi which it was kind of a mash up between UT4 and something. It failed a lot and players count didn't last long as it should be. Generally, poor development because it was released in beta mode and not fully fixed and lots of peoples complained about it.

So for Project Nex, it just too similar with quake 3 imo and it don't look like UT at all. I wouldn't do anything with Project Nex.

Sure, you can mix in something that you'd like to fit in your name. Like geckomonsterkill, no result found. lol. But you do it as you like.

Yeah, thanks! lol.
