Vegans will not eat anything that came from an animal. No meat, no milk, etc.

Uh??? You obviously didn't read the Wikipedia articles. Vegetarians do NOT eat meat of any kind. People who do not eat meat (but do eat fish) may say they are vegetarian to avoid lenghty explanations.

As far as my comprehension about your service goes...
I'm not a lawyer, so I can't be of help regarding any legal admissibility ...but the disclaimer seems to be good and covers many possible issues of your service.

That's because the Wikipedia article is wrong. As with most of the entries, anybody can change the content.

Vegetarians come in as many flavors as Christians, each sect/group with their own individual beliefs... but even allowing for your "no meat" thing on that, vegetarians do drink milk but vegans don't.

The vegetarians I've known have said that fish is the exception, for them, because unlike cows & pigs and other farm life, fish aren't horribly mistreated and stuck in pens where they're fattened up just so they can be food. Fish have at least a good amount of freedom; it's more a moral thing with some vegetarians.

Sadly much of the fish now available has been stuck in pens and fattened up to be eaten - fish farms (on land and at sea). Think salmon, sea bass and bream, tuna etc, etc for the sea based pens and trout for land based (lakes or large tanks) farms (in Europe anyway). Obviously there is a fair amount of 'wild' fish available as well but I merely point out it is a mistake to think fish are not farmed. I agree entirely that vegetarianism is, to a large extent, a moral choice.

A little added knowledge is that this disclaimer doesn't mean anything in legal cases. At least, not in Europe.
The whole reason for this disclaimer in the first place, is because there were a lot of questions (a lot of them instigated by büllybüll) about privacy and data handling. The main goal of this disclaimer is to answer those questions and take away reasons to believe that we have a second agenda with the data. It also provides a more clear overview about how far 333networks currently reaches and what the scope of this disclaimer is.
