i have big problems i got audio but the visual is not working at all i just get a black screen can anyone help me?

U should give more data about your setup. But this looks familiar. This happens to me if I instead of D3D or OpenGL use D3D8. So try changing this first.

Maybe the game is set to a resolution, or color depth which your computer doesn't support.
After you enter the game, press alt+enter. This will get the game to run in windowed mode, and will let you to configure it properly.
