I have a problem when I start UT Skin Maker. I need the the least OpenGL 1.1 but I don't know where download it. I'm using Windows 8.

It's the v1.1, but this is not a hardware specific driver, so it may not work with your pc at all - look and see if you think it's safe to try

I used one of these links to get my Skin Maker to Work - just can't remember which one? But the files look the same at first glance.

With Windows 8, Microsoft have made more effort to move away from OpenGL and OpenAL.
Many driver manufactures are dropping support so this will become more common.
We will have to start including a link to the generic GL install more regularly.

You may find the PC manufacturer is using a slim version of the drivers, so try updating to the latest full version from the GFX chipset maker

Hi,

Thanks for the replies but doesn't work these programs in Windows 8. I tried to run with other "operation system compatible" but nothing happend.
Windows 8 just says: This application/program can't run, bla bla bla... That's why I hate Windows 8, old programs can't runing.

Yes I tried but don't work, still I have the same error. Anyway I using this version: http://www.acordero.org/download/utsm25beta6.zip (UTSM2.5Beta6)
I really want to make skins but it's annoying I can't because don't work in this shit Windows 8.

I had the same problem in Windows 7. I set it up in compatibility mode like Paper said and then set it in 256 colors. It looks like crap but at least it works ok.

I do remember that you can make skin manually without having to use those program. Someone might post a link to the tutorial about exporting the skin, editing them with photoshop (or any photo editing program) and then import them to unreal editor(?) and make the skin from that direction. Would be great, I tried to get skin maker UTSM2.5Beta6 to work on Win 7, got no luck, just crapload of errors which is more likely a .dll error.
