critical error

After i do close unreal tournament 99 i do get a critical error,after i did play online.
howto solve this error and why do i get that error from whats depending on it?
ut99 normaly installed with the s3tc textures from cd 2 installed and patched also.
Mine computer medion pc with intel i7 and 16 gb internal memmory nvidia videocard nvidia geforce gt630.
os: windows 8.1

just hit Alt+print for a screencap and you will only capture the actual window/message.

render system and audio sub system edited and install as in dr flay workaround and problem solved.
problem solved i use now fmod soundsystem, it was a audio error and also updated mine audio drivers from realtek.
So the originall drivers for the sound in ut 99 is not compatible with windows 8.1.
More people i know have troubles with that, only the fmod and the al drivers works properly in windows 8.0 or 8.1.
I,m facing these problems only with that version of windows.
Its the internal audio driver from ut 99 wich has to be fix and updated to fmod.
In other words:The galaxy audio sub system is not windows 8.0 or 8.1 compatible
used ''preferences'' to edit mine ut 99.
everything works just fine now.
