Does anyone have any idea wth this file is? I found it in my System folder after doing some mod installing... see Highlighted file in pic

I have this file too ...but I have no clue what exactly it is.
Maybe this can clear it up http://wiki.beyondunreal.com/Guid (but tbh. I still didn't get it)
