I made a huge Cube map, and i see this problem.
I use OpenGL.

UT99 has a hard culling limit. If your cube is huge enough, you might have reached it, and since you don't have a skybox, you get a nice window into the void.
You must construct additional pylons.

hehe its way too big ^.^ just make the same but with more smaller cubes and it should work alright
