They left when servers were Full Of People because their creativity Was Limited by a bunch of bugs - BAD default Net Stuff... + Accessed Nones... oh, wait, UT doesn't include bugs, UT IS a bug which first has to be fixed before usage and nobody moved a finger until 2004 when was morphed into a worst thing

That's why I'm appreciating Higor's work as long as others have just done an a$$ and now I can really enjoy it - finally, after 15 years.

It's true... map had 0 bugs (or author has this feeling) else map has that ON-LINE crap lightning (is really annoying no joking) and he doesn't know LE-LC-LE combos, some stuff was working by chance (distance based) because pathing there even developed a crash when I was testing some stuff. Yea: Weeee !! Mooo !! Uuuuu !! and so on...

BTW, fore-mentioned CTF map has a file required which doesn't exist in archive, so map's archive has bugs.
