[SOLVED]Can't move the view moving the mouse slowly

I know it's not a problem of my mouse cause it happens only when I play UT99, if I slowly move the mouse, whatever the direction is, the view doesn't move with it in the game, I already tried changing video driver on UT and changing the mouse sensibility and disabling Direct Input, but nothing.
If I move it faster, it moves the view in the game.

How can I solve this problem? :/ Thank youuuu

Do you have mouse acceleration on?

I don't have any "Mouse Acceleration" option on UT and UnrealTournament.ini

Nope I meant the "Mouse Acceleration" in your mouse driver.
It's called ...enhance pointer precision ...if you activate it, can you gain more precision with small movements.
But sometimes do mouse driver and game settings squabble with each other over the amount of precision and you get problems.

It was activated, I deactivated it and I could aim normally on UT, then I activated it again and I still could aim normally, so maybe it was some conflict as you said So Ty
