console command

Post by rjmno1 »

I was on the dmdeck 16 server and someone did ask what the console command was or is what can display the fps.
Is the command true when hitting the tilde key or just fantasy from a not so skilled ut player?
He did ask for it, but did a quick peek for the commands over the internet but cannot find anything about it. :noidea

You might want to know "stat fps" if memory doesn't cheat me...

The command is "stat fps".
Open the console with the button you set for the console(if you set one, Idk which button is the default one to open the console), and write "stat fps".
Some informations will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, the FPS are displayed with the name of "frames".

I don't crash translation servers here, I'm not even bother to understand what's that.

Somewhere around topic is posted time and date of the post, is that simple. Maybe you can reconsider that I was writing more things in the past, so no worry you cannot beat me at writing speed yet...

I explain:
  • ... <= This is a pause (I use it a lot)
    .o. <= This is some kind of silly face with wide open mouth.
    XD <= This is a face tilted 90° to the left, with squinny eyes and a big grin
    jk <= This is the short for "joking"
